We found this restaurant by accident, and glad we did!!! It’s spacious the tables are ample space apart. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.. Secondly, the bathrooms are CLEAN! Kid friendly.. a lovely gift shop. You must get a treat from their ice cream station..Good, trendy breakfast and lunch there. I had the Veggie wrap with smoked gouda! Delicious!!

Five star all the way. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is definitely an upscale peanut store. All the products I tasted were very fresh and priced below most of their competition. As a bonus they are a Harvest Host for RV's

I have never been to The Hubs Vine before., and I’ve been a Franklin resident since September 2022. This is my first time and I can tell you this was an amazing experience. The Portobello Mushroom Bowl that I had was very flavorful. With a nice mellow profile. The chicken on top was nice and moist, and the vegetables perfectly grilled. All in all a very enjoyable experience

We’ve come here for peanuts and chocolates/peanut munchies. Today was our first lunch and was a very pleasant experience. The BBQ and the Mediterranean wrap were both excellent. They have locally churned ice cream, a coffee bar, and gift items. There are games available for families to enjoy playing. The building was a former grocery store that now serves as a restaurant and peanut storage and processing area for the locally owned Hubbard Peanut Company. Definitely a must try eatery when visiting Franklin. Located next to Tractor Supply.

Fries were crispy and the pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Don’t let the the name Carolina put you off the sauce was not vinegary. Delicious! Also if your curious about peanuts they have a nice selection and info to educate you. Try it!

The Hubs Vine in Franklin, VA is the best! They have the greatest employees with the most friendliest attitude, and they make you feel right at home. In addition, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. I love coming to The Hubs Vine! It’s superb!

Known the family my whole life. The peanuts are so awesome! The vine is very trendy and the food was so good. This is a great addition to the Franklin community :)
